Discussion will emphasize how we can improve the patient experience on home dialysis particularly the first 90 days of treatment which is a critical period of adjustment.  Additionally, the session will address trouble-shooting strategies focusing on patient’s recognition of problems that require staff attention, creative prescription management, nocturnal dialysis, solo and assisted dialysis.  Panelists will discuss tips on how travel on dialysis can be hassle-free.
