Peritoneal dialysis prescription involves more than just adjusting prescription to meet target KT/V urea or creatinine clearances.  This session will focus on indices that should be included in prescription writing and adequacy monitoring.  Additionally, the session will address how to assess the peritoneal membrane function, address the pitfalls of the standard PET and explain how to interpret test results and use it as a tool to prescribe the best PD treatment for the patient.
