Description: This symposium features a group of international experts in the field of home dialysis who will address current perspectives and clinical practice patterns in home dialysis care.  A major part of the symposium will provide opportunities for an interactive exchange of ideas and discussion among the panel members and the audience to help shape the future of Home Dialysis and Beyond.
